Work and Learn Day at Kihei Elementary School

Join Nadine of Grow Some Good in the Kihei Elementary School garden this Saturday, April 9th for our monthly Work and Learn Day. Grow Some Good is a community driven organization created with the intention of nurturing and sharing outdoor education with our youth as well as all members of our larger Maui community. Our team would love the opportunity to share this garden space with you through a few simple actions!
On Saturday we will prep the garden for the new taro patch. This includes setting up the planting areas and some soil sifting and integrating compost. We will also be removing some pidgeon pea plants, and if time allows, put in a row of ti plants.
