Trademark Basics: What Every Small Business Should Know Now (Not Later)

Craig Morris, Managing Attorney for the United States Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) Trademark Educational Outreach Program, will present a seminar for startup entrepreneurs, existing businesses and people who are considering starting their own business. Learn about trademark registration process, federally registrable and protectable trademarks, cease-and-desist letters and how to avoid scams. This two-hour program will be held in the First Floor Reading Room and is suitable for ages 12 and older.
