Living with chronic back pain can wreak havoc on our physical, mental and emotional life. In this workshop, we will learn simple ways to help your back feel better in yoga and in daily life. We will asses how the hips, feet and even jaw might be affecting your back health, learning modifications and alignment techniques to keep your back healthy.
