Designed by Jehangir Palkhivala, a lifetime devotee to our beloved yoga practice, this sequence incorporates all the types of postures~ Standing, Seated, Twists, Forward Bends, Inversions and Backbends into a brilliant practice. You will feel GREAT.
“The Mother's Sequence” is appropriate for anyone with a regular practice of 2-3 times per week, and can be adapted to any level of ability. Any poses that aren't within a practitioner's repertoire now will have alternatives and/or modifications offered. Instructor Jennifer Weinert will teach the safe and effective practice of each pose in the sequence and then you will do the entire “Mother's Sequence”.
The actual practice of the sequence should take about one hour.
