Children ages 5 and up can learn simple exercises that they can do to stay fit. A Mililani YMCA instructor will be at the Mililani Public Library on Friday, July 8, 2016 at 10:30am to teach children: warm-up, stretching, balance and strength exercises. Participants should wear comfortable footwear and clothing. This free 45 minute program is recommended for children ages 5 and up.
