SOUND JOURNEY Performed by Sky Love

A SOUND JOURNEY Session offered at the Shala with visiting artist Sky Love from Maui.
This is an opportunity to experience deep relaxation of the mind and body through sound. Sky baths the participants in healing music and sacred mantras. He plays a variety of crystal bowls, didgeridoos, gongs, and other instruments and takes people on a “journey into their hearts” with sound and voice.
