Second Saturdays: Programs Support Day

Mālama Maui Nui administers several County-wide repurposing/recycling programs that facilitate the diversion of reusable materials from the landfill. These programs ensure that people have a safe place to properly dispose of their unwanted items, many of which can be repurposed for other uses or recycled into new products!
As can be expected, there is some hands-on work involved to prepare these materials for the next step in their recycling journey. We invite any volunteers who are interested in taking an active role in keeping Maui County beautiful to join us for Second Saturday: Programs Support Day each month to help maintain these important community-based services.
