Solar Integration & Permaculture Concepts with Bruce Carey
Understand the workings and seasons of our tropical Hawaiian sun and how, with sustainable practices, we can directly use this energy to dry crops, heat water, cook food, purify water and soil, in addition to using pv technology for pumping water, working fans and running lights, and more.
Facilitator bio: Bruce Carey, Solar Hawaii Integrators – lifetime career as solar advocate, designer, technician/installer, trainer, NGO Program Designer/Administrator. Considerable experience in tropical Mexico and Costa Rica with Permaculture and Solar Projects.
