Bean-to-Bar Chocolate Making in Puna, with Chocolatier and Founder of Hawaiian Sanctuary Steven Lund. Learn how to take fresh cacao pods to artisan Chocolate in your own kitchen. Tour a real tree-to-bar chocolate making operation and cacao orchard.
Steve is passionate about natural farming, soil science, tree to bar chocolates and sacred commerce. He will inspire you with his playful Aloha spirit and passion for sharing in permaculture and commUnity living and learning. Steve holds two certifications in permaculture, and two in natural farming (one with Master Cho and one with Kim ChongSuk Chang). He also received a natural farming certification from JADAM.
