“Inside Out” is set in the mind of a young girl where five personified emotions – Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger, and Disgust – attempt to lead her through life while her parents move the family from Minnesota to San Francisco and adjust to a new life. “Inside Out” featuring the voice talents of Amy Poehler, Phyllis Smith, Bill Hader, Lewis Black, and Mindy Kaling, is rated PG (Parental guidance suggested).
The Friends of the Hawaii Kai Public Library is sponsoring this “Movie and A Snack” program which is suitable for ages 5 and older. Children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Free snacks will be provided while supplies last. Movie-goers are advised to bring a jacket or sweater since the Meeting Room can get cold.
Contact the Library as soon as possible if a sign language interpreter or other special accommodation is needed.
