Monthly Ball Rolling Workshop with Shannon Schafer

(Every first Thursday of the month)
Using the techniques of ball rolling, Shannon will help you find myofascial release through self massage. Shannon uses her specialized skill set and knowledge of yoga “Tune-Up Balls” to create a new and integrative practice to yoga. Each month Shannon will be teaching a new technique focusing on a different part of the body using ball rolling.
