Meditation

Boost your emotional health and overall well-being with this quiet and restorative workshop. You’ll learn five simple meditation techniques through visualization, affirmation, mindfulness, sound, and fragrance to help you find the best method of relaxation.

Intended well-being goal(s):

Discover that there is no mystery about meditation.
Experience a successful meditative event during the class.
Learn to incorporate meditation practice into regular well-being activities.
This program is sponsored by HMSA and is suitable for adults. Program is schedule to change.
