Kaua`i Chocolate & Coffee Festival

The Inaugural Kaua`i Chocolate & Coffee Festival is a celebration of all things chocolate and coffee with lots of sampling, presentations and workshops, entertainment and exhibitor booths featuring a variety of chocolate and coffee products from around the state. The festival will begin on Friday, October 23 from 5 pm until 9 pm and continues on Saturday, October 24 from 10 am until 5 pm.

The Kaua`i Chocolate & Coffee Festival spans over two days beginning on Friday with a small group workshop, sampling, entertainment & a coffee presentation in the evening. Then the festival picks up again on Saturday morning and continues on to highlight all the attributes of these two favorite local crops. This street festival takes place in Historic Hanapepe Town and includes small group workshops, presentations and demonstrations, a Passport Tasting Program, live entertainment, a massage station, a silent auction, keiki activities, sampling and much more.

Presented by the Hanapepe Economic Alliance, Hawai`i Tourism Authority, County of Kaua`i and Special Events Hawaii, the organizer of the Hawaii Chocolate Festival and organizer of the Statewide Hawaii Grown Cacao Month Initiative which is supported by the Hawaii Department of Agriculture. Our mission for the Kaua`i Chocolate & Coffee Festival is to offer an event that entertains both visitors and residents of Kaua`i; highlights Hawai`i agricultural industries of both cacao and coffee; and showcases the fine products and talents of our local farmers, chefs, roasters, chocolatiers, baristas and manufacturers while bringing prosperity to Historic Hanapepe Town. The festival will feature chocolate and coffee from Kaua`i and around the Hawaiian Islands.
