2017 GRAMMY® AWARD WINNER, 2017 Na Hoku Hanohano Award Winner, singer/songwriter Kalani Pe‘a – a native of Pana‘ewa, Hilo who currently resides on Maui – won the Grammy Award with his debut album featuring seven haku mele (Hawaiian original music compositions) and five of his favorite classics. Pe‘a is all about perpetuating Hawaiian language through music and visual arts. His performance will feature Halau Ka‘eaikahelelani.
