Intro to Raw Food Desserts: Basic Techniques and Tips

Learn the basics of raw dessert preparation with vegan chef, Sophia Varady. She'll introduce you to common pantry items to keep in stock for raw desserts and their versatile uses. You'll learn the recipes for and taste samples of Banana Cream Pie, Mocha Ice Cream Sundae, Avocado-Lemon Pudding, and Bliss Balls!

Sophia Varady is a plant-based chef with professional kitchen experience in vegan and raw food preparation. With a passion for nourishing food and desserts, she beleives in sharing the science behind cooking and ingredient selection.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy for Refunds and Cancellations. Class will require reservations by at least 5 people. To make your reservation please call our Marketing Office at 947-3249 or sign up on Eventbrite. In the event of cancellation (3 days before event) everyone who signed up will be notified by email and phone. Walk-ins are welcome, however it's a good idea to call us to make sure event is still on.
