Discover the world's most diverse and accessible superfood: ferments! Did you know that traditional cultures all over the world ate fermented food in various forms? Want to know how you can take this simple knowledge to cheaply and easily jumpstart your health? This class includes demos, recipes, and hands-on instructions to make sauerkraut, pickles, kombucha, and keifer. Walk away feeling inspired and empowered to safely make your own ferments at home.

Kyra is a health ninja: plant-based chef, yogi, wild-crafter, nutrition master, and all around lover of life. Her goal is to inspire others to respect and LOVE the food they put inside of themselves. She is the founder of More Pleaze and works on island as a chef, yoga teacher, and special events caterer. She has a culinary degree from California Culinary Academy, a Wild-crafter Certification from Earth Medicine Institute, and a 200RYT from Mangala Yoga.
