Teagan Bruce invites you to spend quality time connecting with your daughter by learning wellness and empowerment strategies to boost confidence and help regulate emotions. We will explore concepts and practices to elevate your mind, bodies, and spirit and develop awareness of how these areas affect your life and your relationships. A mat for gentle partner yoga is optional but encouraged. Light refreshments will be provided by Down to Earth to nourish our bodies.
