A violin ensemble composed of students ages 4 to 14 from the Suzuki Association of Hawaii will perform a selection of light classics, fiddle tunes, songs from the Suzuki system of music teaching, and folk songs from around the world. Directed by Sheryl Shohet, a violinist with the Hawaii Symphony Orchestra, the students will perform the music entirely from memory.
This one-hour program will be held in the Library's front lobby and is suitable for ages 5 and older. Young children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
