Garden-to-Table with Chef Alyssa: Recipes for a Healthy Gut
Ages: Adult
Come to TGH to learn how to care for your gut and digestion through choosing nourishing ingredients that support proper digestion. In this workshop you will learn how to make: quick pickled veggies with ume vinegar, fermented seed cheese, brined vegetables, and the “new kombucha” known as switchel.

Pricing: $35/Workshop, $165/Series

Join Chef Alyssa to bring well-being to your whole body with her new garden-to-table series. This 5 workshop series will walk you through how to care for various body systems through nutritious and delicious dishes you can make at home. Adults only please.
