Foods to Prevent and Manage Diabetes

Type II Diabetes is no longer just an epidemic in this country, but a world-wide pandemic. JOIN US to learn which foods to include and which foods to avoid to stop diabetes in its tracks. You can eat your way back to great health, and eat to totally prevent type II Diabetes from ever being an issue for you. ENJOY a live cooking demonstration and three recipes to sample during our class. Those with Type I diabetes can drastically reduce their insulin needs. Come learn how. (Hint: it's the food, and it's not all about sugar.) Food For Life is an award-winning program of The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM.org). All information presented is evidence-based fact and not anyone's opinion.

This class is ideal for those with Diabetes, Pre Diabetes, family history or high risk for developing Diabetes and for Health Care professionals wanting to learn more about how plant based nutrition can prevent and treat Diabetes.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy for Refunds and Cancellations. Class will require reservations by at least 5 people. To make your reservation please call our Marketing Office at 947-3249 or sign up on Eventbrite. In the event of cancellation (3 days before event) everyone who signed up will be notified by email and phone. Walk-ins are welcome, however it's a good idea to call us to make sure event is still on.
