Fermentation Workshop

Classes will run about 1 hour. Different topic each class.
Sunday Jan 3rd starting at 1pm-Organic Kim Chi, Apple “scrap” vinegar.
Wednesday Jan 6th starting at 5pm-Organic Sauerkraut, Tepache (Mexican Pineapple Beer)
If time allows, we will discuss Kombucha basics & Master Tonic Cold Butter)
