Farmers Dinner a local six course dinner under the stars

Executive Chef Charlie Owen has put together a menu that is local and gourmet. Everything from Opihi to Onaga to Kurobota pork. Maui Brewing Co. is providing not yet released beers in which they collaborated with local farmers. And Maui's own Ocean Organic Vodka and Deep Island Rum can be enjoyed in some fun new cocktails.
Many local farmers will be a part of the dinner and will give guests a little insight into their farm and what they produce.
There will also be a short performance by George Kahumoku Jr. and Daniel Ho.
