Join us on Friday, September 1st, 2017 as we celebrate the life & legacy of our beloved Queen, Lydia Liliʻu Loloku Walania Wewehi Kamakaʻeha.
Ceremony starts at 9am at ʻahu o Kamakaʻeha, fronting the QLCSS building. We welcome you to join us and offer a mele, oli, hula or hoʻokupu to the ʻahu in honor of the Queen. The program will continue after the ceremony with music, open mic and words of love for our Queen.
In collaboration with OVCSA, Student Equity Excellence Diversity, Kuaʻana, and Native Hawaiian Student Services, the Queen Liliʻuokalani Center for Student Services is hosting an open house where participating offices will be sharing with us their services at UHM. Every office is different, with prizes and possibly even food for the visiting them! There will also be prizes to win like books, Polaroid camera & more! We hope to see you there!
