Yoga shows us that at our deepest core we are already whole. By creating a practice of Sankalpa, or intent setting, we can allow this inherent wholeness to emerge with greater clarity and ease. In this practice we will reveal qualities about ourselves we would like to shed, and qualities we would like to cultivate to bring us to a greater sense of physical, mental and emotional wholeness. Will experience asana, pranayama, mudra, meditation and yoga nidra.
