BE AUTHENTIC
Friday, June 12th 7-9pm
In this first class, we will take time to flow slow and mindfully examine our body, mind, and spirit. It’s time to leave the judgment, the stories, and the expectations at the door and welcome the present moment because from that place, the opportunities are endless.
BE BRAVE
Saturday, June 13th 2-4pm
The second class will build on the first. Now that we have a better understanding of our physical, mental, and spiritual selves, it’s time to be brave and invite abundance into our lives. We will create heat in the hips and the core, and use that energy to crack the heart wide open. As we choose to play big, we will inspire others to do the same.
FLY FREE
Sunday, June 14th 2-4pm
Wrapping it all together, this dynamic flow class will invite you to spread your wings and soar into the expansiveness of life. Combing authenticity and bravery, we will playfully explore and move through inversions and arm balances.
