Meditation is an ancient practice, that when we sit we tap into a deeper part of ourselves. For most of us, meditation is something included in yoga class, but never solely practiced on its own. This workshop is designed for the beginner meditation student and to inspire you to create a home practice. The workshop will consist of practicing a few styles of meditation, techniques, benefits, and postures. A great deal of this workshop will consist of sitting or lying down. Come in your comfortable clothing and remember to bring your water and/or juice.

-Metta meditation
-Guided meditation
-Mantra/sound meditation
