8th Annual Hallowbaloo Music + Arts Festival

Hallowbaloo has expanded its wings and now spans from Chinatown to the Hawaii State Art Museum (HiSAM) and surrounding streets. Free trolley service down Hotel Street will connect both areas, and the main stage of the Hallowbaloo street festival will be located on HiSAM's front lawn – a special concert setting.
