The ‘ukulele, an icon of aloha and Hawai‘i’s most celebrated instrument, will bring together more than 10,000 people including masterful musicians at one of the world’s largest ‘ukulele festivals this year.
The 47th Annual Ukulele Festival Hawaii is set for Sunday, July 16, 2017 in world-famous Waikīkī in Honolulu. Presented by Tony Group Autoplex, the 2017 Ukulele Festival Hawaii will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and will feature a star-studded line-up of musicians from around the world along with the Roy Sakuma 700-piece ‘Ukulele Band composed of children and adults. Other festival offerings include free ‘ukulele lessons, ‘ukulele displays and giveaways by ‘ukulele manufacturers, food booths, and Ukulele Festival souvenir t-shirts available for sale.
