Rooted Buddha Tree

No where to run

Everywhere to be

Strength built in yearly rings

Time stands still within each leafBuddha Tree - Head lodged in tree

Rooted like a Buddha tree

 

Soaring branches with nothing to hide

Roots driven where cracks didn't reside

Willing to shade any passerby

Silently observing, explicitly alive

Rooted like a Buddha tree
