Bheemashakti Yoga Kauai Retreat – 2015

Immerse yourself in the practices of Bheemashakti Yoga in the beautiful and tranquil setting of Kauai, Hawaii. It will be held on a Private Estate on the northwest coast of Kauai, in Princeville. Practice the pranayama and meditation techniques Jonathan Patriarca learned while living in India for 5 years. Practice both Dimensional Practices, that prepares the body deeply to advance to the second practice, Asana.

The Retreat is for all levels but intended to help deepen your practice at your own level. This Retreat is also a supplement for the future Bheemashakti Yoga Teacher Training coming in the summer of 2015.
