2.) Adult Cooking …Fall Cooking Recipes with Chef AlyssaJoin Vegetarian chef Alyssa Moreau at The Green House
Savory Kabocha bean stew- Garlicky beets ( with greens) and quinoa with tofu nuggets- Butternut bisque with crispy sage leavesHerbs and other edibles that are available will be used from the garden.Handouts of recipes will also be shared.Saturday, October 10th11:45 am – 1:45 pm – at The Green HouseFee: $25
3.) Keiki Cooking …Intro to Cooking Series with Chef Toby.
This series will introduce keiki to the pleasures of preparing and enjoying food that is local, fresh, organic and delicious. Students learn basic cooking skills, harvesting from the garden and the joy of cooking and eating. This class is a “drop-off the keiki” class.Saturday, October 10th, Class 13:00 pm – 5:30 pm – at The Green HouseFee: $40 for the series , $20 single class
