What are we chanting before and after class, and why? Tomorrow morning, Saturday, August 1, in honor of all of earth's great teachers we will chant and investigate the Invocation to the Gurus & Patañjali, and the Mangala Mantra, 10:15am-11:15am. We will introduce the Invocation to Ganesha and begin its investigation next month. This inquiry of the chants will follow the normal Saturday, Led Ashtanga Vinyasa Class (7:45am sitting meditation, 8-9:45am class). Chanting class is by donation; bring an offering of plant, food, $, or just your divine Self. Much love! What a powerful Guru Purnima time.
