Join Catherine Southern in exploring techniques to foster greater breath and body awareness, build self-efficacy in regards to alleviating and managing pain and gentle yoga postures to increase comfortable rand of movement.
Each class will incorporate aspects of pranayama (breath work), asana (physical postures), sound (mantra recitation), and guided mediation; all of which have been shown in studies to favorably influence chronic pain. You will leave these classes feeling more at ease, and in control of the quality of your life.
