This workshop will be a well balanced practice of active asana and dynamic movement or Yang Yoga and passive asana and long holds or Yin Yoga. When we combine the two we become attuned to the natural inherent knowledge of self and a deep release is achieved. We drop into a state of bliss and the universal life force within.
