Youth Reading and Movie Club

The North Kohala Public Library would like to invite you to our youth reading and movie club for grades 4 and up.
We meet on the last Wednesday of every month to discuss the selected book and watch the movie based on the book. Afterwards, the movie club discusses the literature, as well as the differences between the book and movie adaptation.
This month the book selection is the 2012 Nene Award Winner “The Invention of Hugo Cabret” by Brian Selznick.
Next up is “The Tale of Despereaux” by Kate DiCamillo, which will be viewed and discussed on June 24, 2015 from 2-4p.m.
