Legal Issues Affecting Our Kupuna

Neva Keres, an attorney in private practice who provides assistance to the University of Hawaii Elder Law Program at the William S. Richardson School of Law, will present a brief overview on advance health care directives, estate planning, and power of attorneys. A question-and-answer session will be included.

This program is the fifth of the “Know Your Rights” series conducted statewide by the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii at 10 public libraries through the Access to Justice grant. The Hawaii State Judiciary, State Justice Institute, Legal Aid Society of Hawaii, and the Hawaii State Public Library System are sponsoring this 45 minute program for ages 18 and older.
