The week of May 1-8 is going to be an amazing week of yoga and community. There will be demos, teacher talk stories, and mini-classes all free and open to the public.
Open house kicks off Friday May 1st from 7-9pm. Bring family and friends for a free, fun, all-level Blend class followed by pupus and spritzers.
