Tara Michelle – A 90 Monkeys 500 hour certified Yoga Teacher, Natural Physician, and Wellness Educator shares her beautiful, aloha-infused morning yoga practice and special flower essence workshop created especially for the attendees.

Jonathan Cartagena – Assistant instructor, Jonathan dazzled the crowds in New York during his “Just Wanna Hoop” showcase performance in 2014. Jonathan's dance background provides additional insight into hoop, meditation and movement.

All hoopdance and movement work will cater to all levels. Absolute beginners to advanced hoopers welcome. All will learn powerful tools to use the hoop in a conscious practice of masterful manifestation INCLUDING the expansion of physical capabilities (coordination, strength, rhythm, etc).

And YESSS we will be teaching TRICKS!!

Come learn this magical practice to apply inside the hoop and out. You are also welcome to practice your own movement/flow work of choice.
