Join us on a journey within as we travel along the spine. Beginning with
Day 1, GENERAL BACKCARE, you will be led through 5 classes, each with a
focus on opening and energizing each section of the spine.
Day 2, HIPS: The Seat of the Spine
Day 3, LOWER BACK
Day 4, UPPER BACK (and Shoulders)
Day 5, NECK (and Shoulders)
These classes are designed to introduce the student to various postures that can alleviate tension
or to strengthen that particular area. Mindfulness and modifications of the
poses due to limitations and injuries are incorporated as well as maintaining a safe practice.
Come to those classes that specifically address your back issues or attend all five.
