If our yoga practice is aimed at establishing wakefulness in mind, body and breath, how can we reflect this awakened state in our daily life? This is a question that is always on my mind and in my heart; it is something I hope to embody while teaching and living. These documentaries provide examples of mindful living, and examples of increasing awareness in regards to “living your yoga”.
