Waimea Ocean Film Festival and Thelma Parker Library present, “Adventures in Storytime”. Travel back in time at this interactive program with Jonny Keeling, head of the Children’s Natural History Unit at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and executive producer of the popular children’s series, Andy’s Prehistoric Adventures, in which Natural History Museum employee, “Andy,” travels back in time and meets dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals. Keeling has been sharing his passion for the natural world with audiences worldwide during his 21 years of filmmaking experience in the BBC’s Natural History Unit. His work includes a range of materials, including Life of Mammals, Planet Earth, Expedition, and Planet Earth II.
This program is part of the Thelma Parker Library’s NASA@My Library initiative to enhance STEM learning opportunities for public audiences nationwide with the excitement of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) exploration and discovery.
