Barefoot Blues w/ Robert Thomas

Guitarist, Robert Thomas hails from Galveston, Texas, where at an early age he fell in love with the blues. Moving to Santa Barbara, California, in 1979, he has been part of the Southern California music scene ever since. Along with steady local gigs, he has toured up and down the West Coast, Southwest and Europe. His high energy shows feature original compositions as well as groovin’ blues and a little bit of rock ‘n’ roll. A local favorite at Ka‘u area house concerts on the Big Island, he will make his east side debut on Saturday night, Jan. 13, 2018, at
Kukuau Studio. Accompanying him on stage this night will be local journeyman bass player Brian Crist and Wayne “Boom-Boom” Carter on drums. Be sure to bring your dancing shoes and don’t miss this Big blues party.
