Uncle Wayne and the Howling Dog Band

Get ready to laugh, dance, and sing along with Uncle Wayne and his Howling Dog Band! Musician and early education specialist, Wayne Watkins and his band are known for their fun, educational and entertaining programs. This not-to-be-missed, high-energy event is a perfect prelude to our Summer Reading Programs.
This program is suitable for toddlers and preschoolers and their families and caregivers. All young children must be accompanied by a caregiver.
