For the fourth installation of Arts Chat program, the focus of the dialogue will be on the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) and the state of the arts today. Facilitated by Noelle Kahanu (SFCA Board Commissioner and Assistant Specialist in Public Humanities and Native Hawaiian Programs, University of Hawai`i-Manoa American Studies Department); speakers will include Terry Liu (Hawai`i Arts Alliance and formerly of the NEA) and Karen Tiller-Polivka (arts advocate and SFCA Board Commissioner).
