Tropical and Neo-tropical fruits with Ecuadorian expert, Jim West
Tropical fruit tree expert and Ecuadorian farmer, Jim West, will not only speak about the 600 or so varieties of fruit trees he grows, but also about the design of sustainable tropical agricultural systems, and the design of orchards using the trellis/tatura trellis system.
Each class starts promptly with a lecture and Q&A before hands-on farm learning ~ Come prepared with notepad and writing utensil, closed toed shoes, sun hat, and gloves.
