What’s better than a keiki entrepreneur? A whole BUNCH of them, plus lemonade! This Saturday, adjacent to the Pearlridge Farmers’ Market you can check out the culmination of a whole lot of hard work! At its core, Lemonade Alley is just a lemonade stand contest. K-12 students build stands. They sell lemonade. But the “twist” is that they do it for charities of their choice. This makes Lemonade Alley an all-in-one innovation challenge, entrepreneurial contest and charitable giving program. For youth, it’s about empowerment and finding the hero within. For adults, it’s a chance to play like a kid again and strengthen family, professional and community relationships.
