Message from co-founders of FKH: The 6th anniversary of March 11, 2011 earthquake, tsunami and 3 nuclear reactors’ meltdowns of Fukushima, Japan is nearing. FKH invites you for a prayer, dance and music to raise awareness and fund so that we can invite Fukushima children to Hawaii for 1 month of learning and healing during their summer vacation.

On Feb 10, Japanese media reported that the level of the radiation hit record high, 650 sievert/hour (compared to 530 sievert/hour before) at Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Plant unit 2. You would die in 30 seconds if you are exposed to such high radiation.

Our work will be more vital than ever to support Fukushima children who have been living in the higher radiation than before, and to raise awareness on this unprecedented environmental and health challenge. It affects all of us in Hawaii and entire Earth in the long run and protecting health of children is vital for human survival.

Each child costs about $3000 including airfare and all the activities.
