Chef Russell of Creole Table will be presenting a Holiday Soul cooking class that will highlight healthier versions Southern Holiday Classics. This will be a hands on and demo class with lots of treats and surprises. Enjoy great food, great drinks, and great music as you get to know great people while cooking. Be warned….. it's gonna be a STONE COLD GROOVE!!!
Chef Russell of Creole Table is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute. She has worked extensively throughout the U.S and Canada in some of Americas best restaurants, bars, and juke joints including Emeril's Delmonico of New Orleans, Jaguars of Coconut Grove, and Via Matta of Boston to name a few. She currently resides in Honolulu working as a Private Chef and Bartender while learning all she can about local foods and culinary customs.
