Join Rachel for an Asana Clinic weekend exploring standing, backbend and arm balance poses. Practice and develop a clear understanding of the shape, safety and refinement for these poses. This module will help all levels of practitioner explore these categories of poses.
Day 1, Friday 5:30pm-9:00pm: Evening practice covering standing poses. From the more doable to more difficult poses.
Day 2, Saturday 10:30am-9:00pm: Morning backbend practice covering shape, safety and refinement as well as modifications. Highlight the relationships between standing and backbend poses. Asana photos/ feedback session to gain better insight of your practice.
Day 3, Sunday 9:00am-5:00pm: Morning arm balance practice. Poses will be taught in stages with variations to make arm balances more accessible.
