1st Course: La Roux Sampler includes a sampling of Crawfish Pie, Boudin Ball and Maque Choux

2nd Course: Bucket of Seafood Boil – Git yo fingers dirty ya!

3rd Couse: Louisiana style Banana Foster's Bread Pudding a la Mode

Beverages:

Beer Buckets – Add on an ice cold bucket of beer.

Mason Jars – Or, be greeted w/ a mason jar full of Southern Punch because dats how the classy folk drank.
